Refund policy

Instead of returning the items, you can contact us directly for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.

To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to kev.d@brightbuybasics.com along with a description as to why you wanted to return the item in the first place.

After that, you can either keep the item, or you can donate it.
